How long does it take to process an order?

Every product you order from this shop is handled, crafted, and shipped by one dedicated individual — me. Kindly allow 1-3 business days for processing, as I work diligently to ensure each piece meets high standards. There may occasionally be slight delays, especially during peak times or US holidays. While I typically dispatch orders from Monday to Friday, sometimes I might ship over the weekend. For those opting for a preordered product, I appreciate your patience as I personally craft each item. Rest assured, you'll be notified via email once your unique piece is on its way. Thank you for your patience and understanding. 

How long does shipping take? (USA)

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped from Philadelphia, PA.  USPS Ship times are below. Please note that your package may arrive earlier or later than these times. Expect delays during holidays. 

  • Priority Mail: 1-3 Days
  • Ground Advantage: 2-5 days

International orders: 

For our international patrons, please anticipate a delivery window of up to 30 days. Keep in mind that any VAT, tariffs, or duties applicable are the buyer's responsibility. Should a shipment be uncollected or returned due to duty nonpayment, we reserve the right to invoice for a subsequent dispatch. Thank you for your understanding and patience as we navigate the intricacies of international shipping.

Items lost in transit: 

If you suspect your item is lost, please reach out to us in a timely manner.  Oftentimes packages work themselves out, but occasionally if something is bouncing around or stuck we can sometimes work with our USPS contact to help.  

Items marked delivered:

If you package is marked delivered, it's best to reach out to your local post office promptly, as they can usually look up GPS locations for delivery and help you track things down on a local level.  It's important to do this in a timely manner, as the rate of tracking down your package usually goes down after the first 48 hours or so. Once an item is marked delivered there isn't much we can do on our end as far as filing an insurance claim etc.  

Items that bounce back to us:

If your package is bounced back due to insufficient address, incorrect address, etc.. We will invoice you for reshipment to the correct address.  Once payment is received your item will be reshipped to you.  Please note that there is a 25% restocking fee if you refuse to reship an item that bounces back to us.
