I’m definitely someone who enjoys modding the physical pieces of my devices. So glad I decided to go with the aluminum buttons since I’m a huge fan of brushed aluminum. Install process took about 1.5 hours. Take your time and you’ll be set. I used IFIXIT’s guide instead of the one that was provided since I needed a bit more step by step process. If you have the extra cash or want to change it up I highly suggest these buttons!

These are my second set of deckbuttons and not my last. These are so gorgeous. It's subtle holo until the light hits them just right. I've taken a million photos to share online. The fit and feel and look are all spot on.

I like the color. Gives the steam deck a unique look. Buttons feel high quality as opposed to cheap plastic. The dpad is a noticeable upgrade over the stock dpad and great for fighting games. Overall I'm very happy I took the chance on these buttons. It's definitely an upgrade in both look and feel.

I was so ecstatic when I received the notification that a Holo drop was happening again for the first time since the original drop. I immediately ordered a set and patiently awaited USPS to do their thing.

It was a moment of pure, childlike, bliss when the package arrived and I started to open it up. The glimmer and visual stimulation given when the light danced off the buttons was otherworldly and captivating. The craftsmanship and quality of these buttons surpass the standard buttons by a long shot. The feel is tactile, without being overdone. The buttons are just vibrant enough to zone out to while a game is loading, or to appreciate while your Steam Deck is docked or charging. It’s the perfect way to personalize your deck.
